Is shipping really free? Yes. Shipping is always free within the US, with no minimum order.

How long will my order take? Items from our US warehouse arrive in about 2 to 4 business days. Items from our overseas partners take 5 business days to 3 weeks. You will get a tracking link once your order ships.

Why do some items take longer than others? We work with a small network of makers and warehouses. Some products ship locally and arrive fast, while others come from specialty partners further away. The delivery estimate is always shown so you know what to expect.

Do you accept returns? Because each item is prepared individually for your order, all sales are final. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right with store credit, no return shipping needed. See our Returns & Exchanges page for details.

How do I choose the right size? Every clothing and shoe listing has a size chart, and we note when an item runs small or large. If you are unsure, email us before ordering and we will help.

Are your toys safe for babies? Yes. We choose toys made from materials meant for little hands, and our Montessori-inspired selection focuses on simple, safe, developmental play. Always supervise young children and check the recommended age on each listing.

Can I track my order? Absolutely. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
